Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on 4dcai. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 4dcai reserves the right to close all Accounts held by that individual and to void any associated bonuses or winings.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and contact number. You must promptly notify 4dcai of any changes to your registered details. 4dcai accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 4dcai will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal to the registered Player and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, Account Balance, or any acrued VIP points to any other party.
4dcai supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency deposits including USDT and BTC. Supported methods may change from time to time; players are advised to check the cashier section for the current list.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your Account Balance.
Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are generally credited in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations for USDT and BTC). 4dcai does not charge additional fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 4dcai does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be withheld pending investigation and returned to source.
4dcai reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its discretion, including where there is a suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and any refund will be processed to the originating payment method.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of identity verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are set out in the VIP Program terms accessible via the Platform. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceding standard limits should contact customer support.
4dcai aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions for verified accounts in good standing. Processing times may be extended for cryptocurrency withdrawals (subject to network conditions) or for accounts undergoing additional security review. 4dcai is not liable for delays caused by the Player's own financial institution or payment provider.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, 4dcai will process the withdrawal to a verified alternative method held in the Player's name.
Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are held separately. Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawal of Real Money Funds before completing a Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and related winnings.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 4dcai are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, Wagering Requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with this clause.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players who register and make a qualifying first deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. The specific bonus package selected (e.g., Magnificent Welcome, Standard Welcome, Esports Bonus, or Crypto Deposit Bonus) determines the applicable percentage, maximum bonus amount, and Wagering Requirement. By claiming a welcome bonus, you acknowledge and accept all associated specific terms.
Wagering Requirements must be met using Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds as specified. Different game types contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%), and certain game types may be excluded entirely. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4dcai reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account in question.
4dcai's VIP Program is structured across six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond). Monthly turnover requirements and tier-specific cashback rates are published on the Platform. Birthday bonuses and referal rewards are subject to their own terms, including verification of player tier status at the time of the qualifying event.
4dcai reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game or betting market at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary by player jurisdiction and platform conditions.
All games and betting markets carry minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Players must adhere to these limits at all times. 4dcai reserves the right to modify bet limits at its discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, 4dcai reserves the right to void relevant round or transaction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 4dcai and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: Breach of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances including Real Money Funds where permissible under applicable law, and referal to relevant authorities.
4dcai is obligated to perform identity and address verification checks on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawals, and may perform such checks at any point during the Account lifecycle. KYC is conducted to prevent fraud, underage gambling, money laundering, and terrorist financing.

All KYC documents must be submitted via the official Account Verification portal within the Platform. Documents shared via external messaging applications will not be accepted. We may permanently close your Account without liability where it is established that you have breached these Terms materially, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or provided false identity information. In such cases, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and anti-money-laundering obligations.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or prominent Platform notice prior to the changes taking effect.
